Is there any way of retrieving info from your phone if the LCD broke,& touch screen is not working?

Is there any way to get the touch screen to work without replacing the LCD?

Nope.

You should be able to get the photos out of the phone via USB.

Contacts etc will be stored on your outlook.com account.

You can hook your phone up to your computer and use the Windows Phone app for desktop and retrieve all the files off of the phone. If your digitizer is on that bad of shape this may be your only option to retrieve info. See how much it cost to replace the digitizer assembly and if it's worth giving our get another phone.
