Why does my Nokia Lumia 1320 battery drain off and switches off constantly when there is atleast 30 charging?

nokia lumia 1320 battery drains off and switches off constantly when there is atleast 30% charging

i got a Nokia lumia 1320 last June and since a month I've been facing the issue of overheating and the the battery drains off even when not in use!! the phone is contently switching off even when the battery has 30% charging!!

A soft reset might help things out a bit. PM psoham777, he is an expert on the 1320.

Mine suddenly died at 54%. But waited a few mins and restarted the phone it shows 52% and I used it for a while.
