What is special in lumia 925 than lumia 730?

The 925 has a better back camera. The 735 has a better front camera.
The 925 has a dual core S4
735 has a quad core 400, which is newer.

Yes, definitely. I had the 925 and my wife has the 730 and its noticeably better. Also, scrolling is smoother on the 925 due to PureMotion HD+ or whatsit.

You're right about the battery life. Both the 920/925 can't go through the day with moderate use.
