Why has my Lumia 625 gone large on everything?

My phone lumia 625 has gone large on everything

I sat there fiddling with my phone and made everything large couldn't get it back so started un-pinning things of main screen now can't even get to the main screen thank you to anyone who can help me.

Pin something to main screen and it will return.

Use two fingers together and double tap on the screen. Thing will get fine, same happened with me too.

This^ . To pan around use two fingers instead of one.

You have activated the Screen Magnifier. Now if you want to disable it head to settings>ease of access- there you can find it with other helpful features.
