Change song names in the Windows Phone App? (Nokia Lumia 635)

After moving all the songs I want on my phone from iTunes to the Windows Phone App, for some reason almost all of them have incorrect names when viewed in the app and in my phone music library (as in "Eiffel 65- Blue (Da Ba Dee).mp3" instead of just "Blue (Da Ba Dee)"). It's not a major thing, but it really bothers me and I'd like to fix it.

So, is there a way that I can change the song names? (and one artist name, but I can live with that)

Use Tag editor. It allows u to edit all details of the song including name,artist,album,release year and even the album art.
