How do I remove English off of my Microsfot Blu?

Purtroppo alla prima accensione non mi ha dato la possibilit? di installare la lingua ITALIANA, ho aggiunto la lingua italiana sul men?:
Language: ho aggiunto italiano ma non posso rimuovere inglese
Regione: ho aggiunto italiano
Keyboard : ho aggiunto italiano.

Purtroppo il menu ? sempre in inglese, vorrei sapere se ? possibile rimuovere la lingua di default ed installare italiano.
Spero che ci sia qualche utente che mi pu? aiutare.

Unfortunately the first power did not give me the option to install the language ITALIAN, I added the Italian language on the menu:
Language: I added Italian but I can not remove English
Region: I added Italian
Keyboard: I added Italian.

Unfortunately, the menu is always in English, I want to know if you can remove the default language and install Italian.

This is the way to do it.
Go to settings
Go to language
Tap Italian language and hold.
Now you see a pop up.
Tap "move up" till Italian is on the top.
You will see that you need to restart your phone.
After restart you will have Italian.

Vai a language
Toccare la lingua e la presa italiana.
Ora si vede un pop up.
Toccare "cambiare" fino italiano ? in cima.
Vedrete che ? necessario riavviare il telefono.
Dopo il riavvio avrete italiano
