Why am I unable to connect to Windows on my phone?

The id for Windows is wrong so I can't sign in also have no idea what password is. Need to get in for several things.

See below what to do if you forgot your password.
But if you can not answer the control questions you can not reset your password and can not get in your phone.
If you have the things you want on a SD card you can get your SD card out and put it in your pc.
