The day before yesterday, I reset phone. That time my phone shows Lumia Denim in extras+info in settings but after format it's showing Lumia Cyan. Anyway now I trying to check for updates when preview for developers is enabled but this isn't showing any update.! I tried both enabling and disabling preview option but result same. It shows your phone is up to date. What's wrong with my phone?
There is another problem, after reset, storage sense from settings doesn't show or recognize any media files. All audio, video and pictures are showing in 'other' files. How to eliminate this error? I formatted my 16gb sd card with default file system. Please help me to eliminate both problems.
