Why can't import contacts when then are group into other folders on my exchang account?

I just got a Lumia 830 as work phone, but I have a bit of a problem with importing contacts from exchange account. When I create a new contact in outlook 2010 I have several folders where my contacts are. But When I do this It won't import the contacts, but if I move a contact to the standard folder "contacts" I will import right a way.
