Why am I getting the error unable to find A BOOTABLE OPTION. Press any button to shut down.?

ERROR: Unable to find A BOOTABLE OPTION. Press any button to shut down.

None of my apps were working on my 1020 so decided to restart it but now it wont start and says ERROR: Unable to find A BOOTABLE OPTION. Press any button to shut down. in small text. I have tried the hold down volume and power but to reboot it but comes up with the same warning? Can anyone help?

If I'm not mistaken, only re-flash could resurrect it

Try using Lumia Recovery Tool for re-installing ur OS on the phone

The only solution might be using the Nokia Care Suite to manually flash tour phone's OS

Only dead flash can surrect it.
