Why does my screen zoom in automatically?

wHY THE SCREEN IS GETTING ZOOM AUTOMATICALLY.

phone requires RESTART AFTER THE ZOOM.

Go into settings->ease of access and turn off the screen magnifier. Also turn off any accessibility feature that you don't need to use.
