How do I stop a specific app from continuing resuming..loading..?

resuming....loading...

hi!
whenever i try to open a particular app, be it photo hub, a certain app, it wont open and it says resuming...or loading...

what could be the cause of this? my phone or the app? thanks!

i think its due to cortana.... i bet your phone has 512 mb ram! it is heavy memory consuming!
did you notice it didn't happen in W8?

yes, im using 512mb with my 620, but my region doesnt support cortana and yes i noticed that this didnt happen when i was on WP8...

I don't understand when this happens. All the time with the photo app, just some of the time with the photo app, or occasionally with a number of apps?

sometimes i had to restart my phone
most of the time, i cant open blue skies app with its live tile

Well, definitely a bug. Very likely OS/app related. Not a hardware problem.
Have you got live lock screen installed? If yes, I'd bet that's it. I'm not sure if just uninstalling that works. Probably a reboot will be necessary. Hopefully not a hard reset.

Well, I'm out of ideas. If nobody else chimes in, and I was in your shoes, I'd probably mentally prepare to:
1. Hard-reset
2. Reflash
3. Skip restoring from backup, or at least not doing so right away until you've verified everything works as expected.
