How do I manually update Ativ S to 8.1?

I haven't gotten the OTA yet and I'm tired of waiting.

You can sign up for the Preview for Developers and get 8.1 on there. Just beware that though it is pretty much a functional and finished product, it isn't approved for final release from your carrier and can void your warranty if anyone checked. I'm also not aware of a way to load factory software back onto a Samsung WP device like you can on Nokia devices.
