Why is my Lumia 635 restarting over and over?

Starting today my Lumia 635 will start to the first "NOKIA" page, then it will vibrate like it is starting up and restart itself. It does this repeatedly. It's been going on for 2 hours now. I have tried hard resetting it, with the power and volume button, but the phone won't stay off long enough for it to work. It is like the phone is stuck in this restart function. I have downloaded the Nokia Recovery thing, but it won't detect my phone at all. Anyone have any ideas of what to do?

Which recovery tool are you using, ? Use Lumia software reccovery tool as windows software recovry tool is having issues recognising your device!
Have you tried taking out your sim and memory card and rebooting it?
Well if you tried everything and even hard reset doesn't work then you might consider taking it to the nearest service centre !
