How do I turn off Windows Phone Store suggestions?

Turn off Windows Phone Store Suggestions

Whenever I switch off the suggestions in the store settings it only seems to take a few days before the setting is switched back on. This is extremely irritaing and I would like to know how I can permanently switch suggestions off.

Settings > Swipe right > Store > Suggestions. Make sure you have unchecked facebook suggestions here and then tap on Now Now.
