User... Do you mean the Blu Win HD with the 5" screen?

If you get model W510U it has everything you need to get connected on any ATT or T-Mo SIM. Either straight from those carriers or any airtime reseller (mvno) using their towers like Net 10, Go Phone, Lycamobile... I have mine on Straight Talk and it works just fine with an ATT compatible SIM. It is unlocked and will take any SIM.
