My Fitnesspal not working?

Hello, I'm using a Lumia 930. I tried to use MyFitnessPal and keep getting "trying to connect. Tap to try again" I tried logging out and back in, can't log in anymore. I used it two days ago. Anyone else?

Yep I'm getting the same on my Lumia 1020 since Friday afternoon. Account works fine on the Web or on my wife's iPhone, so hoping its only maintenance! I have sent them a tweet but probably won't hear back until Monday (if at all!).

I tried uninstalling and re installing, tried wifi still not working - I emailed them and got this:

We are so glad to hear you have been enjoying the program and it's
gotten you back on track. Our apologies if the Windows app is now
giving you trouble.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that
helps? If not, would you mind trying that now? Please make sure you
know your username and password before uninstalling. If need be you
can reset your password via the following link:
https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/forgot_password (you username
should also be included in the body of that email).

Then make sure your information is online at www.MyFitnessPal.com (you
can sign in with the same username and password as the app). Once you
have verified your information is correct online, you can then
uninstall the app, and when you reinstall the information online will
then sync back to the app when you have a valid internet connection.

If uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not help, would you mind

providing us with a bit more information so we can further
investigate? You can find most of this information under your device
"Settings" then "System" then "About":

- Your MyFitnessPal Username
- Your Cell Phone Carrier. Additionally, is the phone contracted to
that carrier, or is the phone unlocked.
- Can you please try switching from your network to wifi only and let
us know if you also have the same problem when connecting only with
wifi.
- The Version of Windows Phone software, plus the phone's firmware
version. The easiest way to get us this info is to take a screen shot
of the “About” page in your settings and send it to us.

- Whether or not you are logging in via Facebook or with your
username and password
- Your physical location, such as city/state
- If possible, as much detail of the what actions you perform within
the app before the problem occurs, and a description of the issue in
as much detail as possible. Any screen shots you can provide may also
be of great assistance.

We will do our best to get your issues resolved as soon as possible.

Update - MyFitnessPal support emailed me - they said the performed some fix. And it works!

I am pretty impressed that they put in the effort to fix it - that fast!
