From the date of purchase Lumia 730, battery is charging slowly. Is it default behaviour or any issue with battery?

My 8X does this. I'll have it plugged in for an hour and it goes up 5%. Other times it charges fast.

I find that a power cycle fixes it out shoes that it actually charged more than it said it did when it turns back on.
