App to show charger effectiveness?

Greetings fellow enthusiasts and anyone else,

My Lumia 1520 (RM-938) Denim is charging slowly. I suspect the charger and / or cable. But how to know?

Is there an app to test the current and voltage coming from a charger and cable?

Other ideas to test cables and chargers?

Shows Charge and Discharge rates. Best Live Tile battery app, IMHO and I run the tile largest so it tells me the most info. Integrates well with Lock and Glance.

Wall chargers should have the amperage listed, in tiny print, at the base.

1-1.5A is what you want. Anything less will be really slow.

Yea, I've checked the listed amperage, and yes, you are right, the teeny tiny print is almost unreadable.

My specific problems was a failing charger or cable. It simply didn't charge well any more. Thus the need for an app to test it's output.
