File management?

Hello. Is there a file management section on Windows Mobile 8.1? I wrongly downloaded a file through Internet Explorer, and now I want to find it to delete, but nothing...
I can't event find it on Memory Management option.

There is an app called "Files" Files | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)

But be aware that if the file you downloaded has not an extension which is supported by your phone you may not "find" it. In that case connect your phone to your computer and use windows explore.

its in the downloads section either in the sd card or phone memory
