So my Lumia 520 is Developer Unlocked and i was messing with Windows Phone Power tools for an app,but suddently it reboot and came along with this message ERROR: Unable to find a bootable option.Press any key to shut down.
What to do? It's not my primary device but i don't want it to die.

I fear however that "Unable to find a bootable option" is another word for dead.
Or in other words I do not remember that I read a post where a "Unable to find a bootable option" came back to live. Sorry

Try flashing it with Lumia recovery tool or Nokia care suit.

When you say tried everything have you tried performing a dead flash? Or even using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool?

Unable to find bootable option means phone is dead. I lost my L520 to it some months back and I replaced it the the same type and color.

I was on DP when it went that way so I'm not signing up for DP again I'll wait for the usual updates.

    dead flash?
Look it up online, "dead flash Lumia", you'll get detailed instructions. It's basically forced flashing without verifying the firmware check, mostly for cross flashing variants (if the device supports it). For example, the newer AT&T Lumias are not cross flashable but the older ones are
