Cellular Data Toggle in Action Centre

Anyone else realize that Cellular Data toggle is now available on the action center? I checked my L1320 and I'm still running Cyan firmware. Did I miss something?

It, along with the Battery Saver toggle, was made available in a minor update to 8.1 Update 1 via the Preview for Developers. and maybe officially.

I received this toggle only after receiving Denim update for my L730 .. Quite useful to have!

The cellular data toggle has come in denim offficially and in a pfd build i.e. 8.1 update 1
