By changing our region and language to another country can we get updates of that country?
For example!
In India we have Release Denim OS Version: 8.10.14219.341 Firmware version: 3058.50000.1425.0001
i would like to get
the newest one in Denim OS Version: 8.10.14234.375 Firmware: 3058.51000.1505.000x
in Australia....
By changing region to Australia now can i get new OS?
Will there be any problems?

Will there be any problems?

No. Changing the phone regional settings will not "trick" the servers into letting your phone download the update for that country. Not all phones of the same model are made equal (e.g. not all L1020s are the same) which is the reason why the same phone model but in different countries receive different firmware revision numbers. Installing an incompatible OS version (through a re-flash process with your PC) could be fatal to your phone.
