Why are my video's downloaded getting saved in phone memory by default?

video's download in getting saved in phone memory by default

I use to download video's from app "tube download" so the video once downloaded gets saved to phone memory by default. pls telme how to make it to save to SD card, as no option but eventough I have selected option in "store new music+video" on SD card under the storage menu
