Two questions:
1) Should the heart rate icon on the main screen constantly be filled in, or should it only be filled in once every 9 minutes, since that's how often the band takes a sample?
2) Why does the heartrate fluctuate when not in a workout mode if it's only taking a sample every 9 minutes? Shouldn't it stay constant until the next sample is taken? I don't understand where it's getting data points when it's at rest for 9 minutes.
