Phone doesn't have settings option in the app list?

my phone doesnot have the settings option in the aap list nor does the setting toogle work...
and im unable to use my cellular data

thats a known bug with the latest preview build. i suggest you to do a hard reset/wait for the next build that might solve the issue or to roll back to win 8.1 if you are done exploring win 10. good day
