you can get the gdr2 update through windows insider program\app .OTA update will only be available for 730\735 and 830 in the near future. good day

You'r phone is eligible for w10 update, so it will be a hit or miss as to whether or not you end up with GDR2. If you don't mind getting W10 on your phone as well then I would say go for it.

Keep in mind, MS wants and needs feedback, but doesn't want you to brick your primary device. So if this is your main device and you don't have the means to get yourself a new one if sth happens, then don't update. Read through the forums to see all the problems so far

Maybe, maybe not.

But regardless, you're going to get Windows 10.
Don't try to install Windows Insider in hopes of the minor Update 2 update because its too risky.
