The phone model shown on "windowsphone dot com" website wasn't correct, so I deleted it. Now it shows my phone as having no model #, just a black box. And it won't do the basic functions like "find my phone" or "purchase history." How do I tell that website I have a Nokia Lumina 1020?
Note that I DO show the 1020 on "https://account dot Microsoft dot com/devices." But it won't "ring" my phone or show its location.
Any suggestions?
