Help! Can't update L1320 windows insider program update?

In past week I update my L1320 from Windows Inside program. It's updated to Windows phone 8.1 update 2. But the problem is, insider program shows another update but it's now not updating. I tried on both cellular and wifi network but it only shows "update is available" but whenever I hits download button, progress remains 0%.. Plz help... What can I do now?

did you restart after update 2 - that'll probably get it started.

After every update phone automatically restarts.. I think this is not a solution...

IF you thought, you'd realize you have nothing to lose by restarting your phone ...
it just might work, but, it won't hurt anything. doh
