hey i want to reinstall windows phone 8

please help me on my lumia 520 when i power on the button nokia logo not opening at boot also my software is corrupted when i try to reinstall windows phone 8 from windows phone 10 also not hard reset not soft reset is working what could i do also nokia software recovery does not detect my phone not widows phone recovery please help me

Since:
1. Your phone is not booting up;
2. Your phone software is corrupted (are you experiencing the "BOOT ERROR"?);
3. Restart, soft reset and hard reset do not work;
4. Nokia Software Recovery Tool (Lumia Software Recovery Tool or Windows Phone Recovery Tool?) does not detect your phone; and
5. Windows 10 Technical Preview was installed,

it seems that the only chance of having your phone work again is to take it to a service center. Note, however, that if the service center learns or knows that W10 TP has been installed, they may void the warranty (if any) of your phone.
