Does Truecaller drain battery quickly?

I've got TrueCaller in my L1020 and I didn't notice any significant drops in battery life after installing it. In my L535 (where I installed TrueCaller in Day 1), battery life seems comparable with what other users of the same device are reporting (though there could be a lot of factors for that).

If you keep TrueCaller running in the background, it should not significantly affect the battery life of your phone. However, if you keep the TrueCaller app active in your screen (e.g. when your browsing for numbers of contacts in the app, or looking for spammers through the app) for a prolonged period of time, it is expected that the battery life will be significantly affected - as it is will all other apps.

The latest version sure does. The old one was fine but true caller remains up on your screen and drains battery life.
