Hello,
I have a Nokia Lumia Icon, set up on Verizon Wireless with the most recent OTA update (i.e., Lumia Denim firmware, OS build 14219). Whenever I try to change my lock screen using a photo from the 'Background' folder, it always defaults to the picture of a tree with a large rock, no matter what background I chose. Saved pictures work fine, as does using other apps, like Windows Central and Twitter and Bing.
It's odd because I can change my Start screen background to the pictures from the 'Background' folder, but not the lock screen.
I have tried soft resetting, and would prefer to not hard reset. Wondering if anyone knows of a workaround.
Thanks for any help!
