Disaster after the denim update

After my Lumia 630 was updated to denim ,I couldn't use 3G mobile data continuosly If I do so I will not receive any calls,msgs or IM notifications and my mobile will be either switched off or not reachable if someone tries to call me .this problem will stay until I realize it and restart my phone.if some one has any solution it will be very helpful.Thanks in advance

its a network providers issue
