How do I install a new SD and take my apps from the old sd card?

How do I install a new SD and take my apps from the old sd card.

New SD can copy all files , but the apps are not visible. SO they do not seem to be copeid.

Indeed you can not copy apps.
What you could do is first move them from your old SD card to your internal memory (of your phone) and then replace your SD card and move them from your internal memory to the new SD card.
Or do a back up with your old SD card and then get the SD card out and replace it with the new SD card and do a factory reset. (in this case the apps are automatically downloaded to your new SD card and the documents you have to manual copy to your new SD card).
Or install the apps again from the store on your new SD card.
