Lumia 630: Why does my screen go blank with a time out message?

My Nokia Lumia 630 screen goes total blank (Black) showing this message "Try again in 487901 minutes". During this period of wait I can't access my phone but can only receive incoming calls. When I try to hard reset or power off the phone, it only increases the minutes. Anyone know a solution out of this error?

What I would do in that situation is turn it off,if I could, and take out the battery.If I couldn't turn it off,Id take out the battery anyway.I would then hold the power key for 30 to 45 secs whole battery is out to ensure all electricity has left the phone.I would then put battery back in and proceed to hard reset.
