I have already formatted the sd card while in the phone. The apps will work if initially installed - until I turn my hone off and restart it. I am then unable to use them. If I uninstall and re install, they will not download.
Coincidentally. I cannot send multimedia from my phone either even though I have updated the apn settings and have spent hours talking with my carrier's customer service department.
