The short answer is no, there is zero need for an antivirus on Windows Phone's these days.

If you'd like to read more, there is more information available in these threads that came before you, since many have had the same question.
Although be warned most posts will likely be the same, but there are some explanatory gems in there.

My phone, a model of Lumia 532, is seriously effected with virus. I think so because sometimes I can not see my files, sometimes can't listen to songs as the phone shows an error having an eight-digit-error code. Nowadays I can't take screen shots by pressing the upper volume button and start button as it displays a message on the top of the screen that Couldn't take screenshots' though there I enough free space in internal memory. Sometimes the letters are being capitalize and smaller itself. So, I think it's seriously needed an anti virus. As i scanned my memory chip 3 times in PC but it has no virus at all.

Please read the posts above. Your phone has NO virus. Did you already do a soft reset? Did you already scan the SD card in your phone on errors? (get your SD card out and put it in your computer and scan for errors. Did you already do a hard reset/factory reset.
The symptoms you describe are due to an "unstable" OS and not a virus.
