Continum on W10

I have seen continum for W10 for phones in //build. I want to know... How will it work?? Will b getting it as app where we will be shown a WP start screen and from there v have to launch apps?? Will apps from phones work as full fleged apps or just watered down version with just app scaling to screen size like many android apps scale to screen size??? E.g. If a open a photoshop on mobile... Editing a photo ... Now since phone doesn't have that much muscle power.. We will be getting basic or limited features . Or say watered down version of original app!! So when I connect it to win10 desktop... Will it give me all features (ofcourse if at all it has in its modern app) ?? We all r also expecting win32 codes to concerted in native modern apps... Will it give me features depending on my hardware capability or just same on phone as well as when on continum mode!
