When I receive a call a few seconds later the screen goes blank. In order to end the
call I have to re-activate it before pressing 'end call' which is quite tedious. Is there a quicker way or a setting that prolongs the on screen display ?

Is it possible that you use a screen protector which blocks your proximity sensor because this could be the reason your screen goes "black", or a flip case where the closing lip covers the proximity sensor, or your screen is dirty?

If you need further assistance please register and reply on this post with some more details like which phone/OS version you have if you use a screen protector etc
