Help! I can't pin tiles to my start screen on build 10080

I updated to build 10080 and for maybe like 5 days my phone was buttery smooth then all hell broke loose most apps that were working wouldn't open so I tried to do something I read somewhere on the interwebs of unpinning the apps and removing the background image and now after doing this I can no longer pin tiles on the start screen please help.

Sorry but there is no easy help for this.
Maybe just keep trying or power on off or a soft reset helps.
Or do a hard reset.
But all above are only suggestions and may or may not help because previews are "known" for there buggy behaviors.
But please also use the feedback app to report this to Microsoft.

I've tried all of these steps I even did a hard reset 3 times I will not go through this again It was an unpleasant experience, well I guess I will have to wait till they make it official because It seems each build comes with more problems than the previous.
