Is there a video player app, that can deal with DVD ISOs?

ISOs aren't really video files, they're images of discs, more like a zip file.

8 Zip might be what you need, although I can't say whether it'll be able to view whats inside.

I use Virtual CloneDrive. It will play an .ISO file as if it were a disk.

I know that, but opening the ISOs with 8 ZIP isn't as comfortable as having the original DVD menu...

Well, what phone out there can deal with DVDs anyway? I doubt many create a phone OS with DVD/ISO playback in mind, even as a wishlist feature.

Guess I did too. LOL. I thought the OP was asking about Windows 8.1 desktop.

So to play a DVD .ISO on your Windows Phone is not going to happen.

Get the .ISO on a computer (I assume it is there already, right? Only ripping .ISO from your purchased collection to save wear and tear on disks?) and use a converter program to get the file converted to a format your phone will handle. It may be old, but I still rely on DVDFab 3. It outputs in a whole bunch of formats, rips too. I don't use the burner as it stinks. The rest of it is great though.
