why doesn't my 1020 receive calls

My Lumia 1020 is working perfectly except for... incoming calls go directly to the message box - I hear no call sign. I've reinstalled the firmware and I've made all updates available, but still all incoming calls go directly to the message box.

have you tried using another sim card?
How about phone settings? Is it set to auto forward?
If not, I am sure your Service provider will be able to fix it for you.
