Reservation 'button' for Windows 10 does not work, how can I get it working?

Reservation 'button' for Windows 10 did not work.

When I noticed the new 'button' to request an installation of Windows 10, the 'loading' icon started circling and it has never stopped since yesterday. I am on Windows 7 64 bit professional. Now what? Is this the new Windows 10 quality? There seems to be no other way to request a download when it is available.

Have you tried rebooting?
