Is it possible for a photo to appear on my lumia 1020 that I didn't take?

I was looking through my photos and found one that was "saved," but I didn't take it. My son sometimes uses my phone, so I asked him and he said he didn't recognize it. It just seems odd that this picture appeared out of nowhere. Has anyone else had this problem and if anyone knows, what is the cause of this?

I'm not sure what happened here, but it happens sometimes that the pictures from the web gets saved into the camera roll section. Anyways.. You can put that picture into your PC and check it's name, capture date, device used and so on.. That's the best option to really know.

"Saved" is a download... That's where my background choices show up after I use Cortana to find some theme.

Certain camera Apps will also output to "Saved" after a post shot edit.

WhatsApp pictures get saved. I have a lot of pictures that I didn't take but my WhatsApp friends sent me.
