How to make video call without skype from Nokia Lumia 730 ? I have 3G enabled SIM. Please suggest.

I want to make video call from my Lumia 730 without Skype.

In WP 10 there seems to be the option to do a video call on my Lumia 735, as well as the option of making skype the default video calling app. I can only presume that a regular, carrier supported video call is possible. I've reverted back to wp 8.1 now so cannot check it.

There is option to change the default skype. But we can only change apps, we can choose viber, wechat etc.

But video call on carrier is not supported. Data connection is required to video call someone.

Me too on Symbian. Who knows, may be it is available in some country.
