I recently purchased a power bank from Mi (Mi Power Bank - Mi India) which has a 3.1A output for fast charging. I was wondering if this is safe to use with Lumia 1520 as the official Nokia fast usb charger outputs only 1.5A. The power bank outputs almost twice as much, so a bit skeptical about using it.

Is it safe to use it?

NO! YOUR LUMIA 1520 WILL EXPLODE! AND YOU'LL BE BURNT UP IN THE EXPLOSION!

But in all seriousness I don't know, but hopefully my comment will make you or someone else smile :)

I'd check to see if it regulates the output based on the device. The Mophie battery packs claim to vary between 1 - 2.4A so maybe this does also.
