Win 10 technl preview 10074 build lo unable to connect to Internet

Installed build 10074 on my PC and this build is unable to connect to internet and detect any near by wifi. Any work around? Known issue? Any fix?

You'll need to do a PC refresh, some APPs will need to be reloaded afterwards, they'll be listed.
I had the same problem, a co-worker let me in on the trick, and it worked for me. I have the same build.
