Cameraaa Problem in viewing pics!!

Hi everyone! I own a lumia 1020 since LESS than a YEAR.. And recently, the camera apps became sort of weird. When I take pics in the original app & view them in the gallery, most of them turn all grey or shift between the pic and full-screen grey! More terrifying, whether I take a "selfie" using the front cam in any app (original cam, Lumia Camera or Lumia Selfie) , the pic is only viewed as a grey screen!! It's really frustrating, I tried uninstalling the apps but didn't work! Pleaaase help me!!

Seeing as you already tried uninstalling the apps and using 3rd party options, the things left to do are:

- soft reset
- hard reset
- bring the phone to the store

Ultimately it might be hardware problem, so if you bring it to the store, they should be able to tell you if it is. You can either pay or replace the camera module yourself
