What " win 10 " ?
Are you referring to Windows 10 RTM which is to be released on July 29th ?
If yes, are you talking about the option of reserving a free upgrade to Windows 10 RTM ?

If that is what you are asking......
Only Windows 7 SP1 and Windows 8.1 users will get an invitation to reserve for a free upgrade to Windows 10 RTM.
Insider Preview users don't get that because Insider Preview is automatically reserved for an upgrade.

Win 7 SP1 and Win 8.1 users will need to go to Windows Update and install KB3035583 which will give you an icon at the right side of your system tray. The icon is called Get Windows 10.
Click open the icon and the form to reserve for an upgrade will appear.
