Back Up Problem

I've tried backing up my phone from the settings and for some reason its just stuck at 11% I've tried several times. What can I do? I've been backing my settings and app data.

Did my reply to your PM fix the problem?

On your PC browser sign into OneDrive. On the bottom left click on "Get More Storage." On the upper left click "Device Backups." Delete any backups for that particular phone, then try your backup again. Should go through.
